This adorable rustic little house is set near Madrona Beach community has off street parking and very close beach access within walking distance! Walking in you will find tall ceilings with gorgeous beams that give this home a classy feel. The bedroom has great space and lots of light. Lots of windows to bring in natural sun light, the classic kitchen has all you will need with a newer stove, fridge microwave counter space with sink, floating shelves and a nice spot to have a little table, sorry no washer/dryer. Less than 15 min outside of town so nice and close to shopping and restaurants! Owner pays water, septic, garbage. Small pets considered on a case by case basis(yard is not fenced) with $500 non refundable pet fee. Parking is 2 spaces max. We are looking for tenants that qualify with 3x the rent amount, no evictions or criminal history(felonies) and know how to care for a home.
