This is a wonderful 3 bedroom house with a finished basement, oversized garage and fenced in back yard! - We put a new roof on this home last year I just don't have new pictures... There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a large nonconforming (NC) bedroom with walk in closet in the basement. One full bathroom on the main floor with a 3/4 bathroom in the basement. There is a nice sized living room with a nook area for a dining room table. Hard wood floors in this living room/dining room area. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave along with a deep pantry. There is also a storage cabinet in the dining area along with shelving in the hallway as well. The main bedroom is large and has a large closet. We can paint this bedroom if blue isn't your color! The 2nd bedroom upstairs is small but great for an office or kids room. It has a nook area with shelving. The finished basement has a good sized family/rec room as well as the large NC bedroom. The laundry/utility room is also in the basement along with the 3/4 bath. There is a large storage cabinet in this laundry/utility area. The basement is also a walk-up basement giving you two access points to the basement. A portion of the back yard is fenced in. Opening up the back door leads into the fenced in area. There is a very large one car detached garage that i think could fit 2 cars deep. It is 420 square feet with the garage door facing the alley and there is also a locking door on the east side for easy access. Plenty of room for your car as well as mower, motorcycle or other outside items. We have an online application available making it easy to get approved. You can also put down a security deposit online and sign the lease once approved! A deposit equal to the rent is required. Utilities must be on in tenants name. A refundable pet deposit of half the rent is required. Pet rent is also required, subject to animal and situation, typically $35/month. Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan, Junction City or Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. Our new Aquatic Park opened up several summers ago! We also recently built a very nice new park downtown, we have a nice free zoo which is getting completely renovated, public library, private country club and public golf course as well as many more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
