Water and sewer is included with the rental amount. This is a very large 2-3 bedroom one bath duplex (1140 sq feet of finished living area). The living room (17 1/2 x 14) and kitchen (17 x 11) are huge and the two bedrooms are very good sized (13 1/2 x 11 1/2 & 12 x 11 1/2).
