We are very close to Six Flags,The Genesee Theatre, Great Lakes Naval Base, and AbbVie Inc. too! This private, spacious apartment is located on the second floor of an office building, offering a quiet and calm environment. Guests can park in the rear of the building and access the unit through a private back entrance and stairwell. Inside, the apartment has been fully updated with a modern design and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features two private bedrooms and a third sleeping area with an accordion door and attached full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third space includes a queen pull-out couch. There are two full bathrooms. One with a standing shower and one with a bathtub. We also have an in unit full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. All utilities are included in the rent. We welcome small dogs and cats for an additional fee. If this unit isn’t available for your dates, feel free to reach out!
