Kitchen amenities include an electric oven range combination, dishwasher, refrigerator, tile counter-top and breakfast bar. The spacious primary bedroom features two closets, a bath with a stall shower and access to fully landscaped backyard. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bath with shower over tub. The wonderful outdoor living space features a paved patio at the rear of the home as well as patio outside of the kitchen family room area. For the avid gardener there are couple of raised garden beds, a wood shed, and greenhouse, these are offered without warranty. In the two- car garage on remote, you will find a front- loading washer and dryer, these are approximately one year old. The owner requests that all maintenance costs related to the upkeep of the washer and dryer would be the responsibility of tenant including any repairs.
