Residents are required to put electricity in their name as well as pay a prorated fee of $35/month for water and trash. The HOA takes care of landscaping. One pet is considered with an additional $300 deposit and $35/month pet rent and proof of spay/neuter. All dogs must be over 1 year old. One pet is strictly enforced by the HOA.
