Sunny living room with large window looking at the front porch. Attached garage can fit (snugly) one compact car, and the driveway can fit two compact cars next to each other if needed, plus there's usually ample street parking. Appliances included (washer, dryer, fridge, oven). The real jewel of this location is the yards. We've put a lot of effort into gardening and have truly transformed both the front and back yards, including new fencing. Looking for someone who is going to enjoy taking care of the gardens. There are multiple flower (or vegetable) beds in the backyard plus a fire pit. Beautiful for entertaining! Located an easy drive to lots of great places with access to 580 and 880. Halfway between the Oakland Zoo and the Oakland airport, about 10-15 minutes to downtown San Leandro, and 20 minutes to Lake Merritt or downtown Oakland. Coliseum BART can be reached by a bus or a 7-10 minute drive, and new rapid bus route is being constructed just a few blocks away.
