*Application pending* Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to Carrie Blake Park. The living room, dining area, kitchen and three bedrooms have nice hardwood floors. The rest of the house has tile and vinyl- no carpet! The house is heated with a forced air furnace and there's a propane fireplace in the living room. One full bathroom in the hallway and master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The master bedroom is large and master bath has a door going out to the deck in the back yard. Laundry room off the garage with washer and dryer included. 2 car garage with electric opener, shop bench, and built-in storage shelves. Nice sun room leading out to the back yard. The back yard is nicely landscaped and includes 3 apple trees and one fig tree! Yard care is the tenants responsibility so be sure you have the equipment and time to mow the grass, weed the planter areas, and keep the shrubs trimmed and looking nice, OR, be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent and a $1,700 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $5,100 per month.
