Apartments are individually metered and will require utility setup. Significant renovations have made units energy efficient. Crawlspaces are encapsulated with dehumidifiers installed. We are currently allowing pets in this building, this could include ONE dog. There is a $300 non refundable pet fee. Pets must be kept indoors and not free roaming, all pets must be well taken care of and up to date on shots and flea and tick medication. Vet records will be required.
