2 Bedroom apartment for rent within walking distance to downtown Old Fort, 15 minutes to Black Mountain and 30 to Asheville. Centrally located to Marion and the Lake James area as well. Unit is recently renovated with LVP floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in unit washer and dryers, winter Mountain Views, custom tile shower, ceiling fans and closets in both bedrooms, and plenty of windows for maximum brightness. Apartments are individually metered and will require utility setup. Significant renovations have made units energy efficient. Crawlspaces are encapsulated with dehumidifiers and new vapor barriers. We are currently allowing pets in this building, this could include ONE dog. There is a $300 non refundable pet fee. Pets must be kept indoors and not free roaming, all pets must be well taken care of and up to date on shots and flea and tick medication. Vet records will be required. Pet owners will be required to clean up all public areas of pet mess. Tenants pay all utilities per unit. First month, Pet fee, and security deposit due before move in. Background check and credit check are required.
