Just moved to Daphne and rented sight unseen. Deanna worked with me in a unique situation to get approved fast and apartment reserved/ready. Lots of nice changes with renovations and good value. Management and maintenance very responsive to requests. Community looks great and is nice and quiet.

I haven’t lived in an apartment since 2012. After looking in the Daphne area I decided to try looking at some apartments around the area, the Jubilee apartments seemed to be a good fit for myself and my family and after living here for just over half a year that holds true. The staff is great inside and outside the office. The area is very well kept up on. The other residents are pleasant and respectful. I have no complaints since moving in. Definitely recommend by me.
