I wanted to post a very positive review since I’ve read some negative ones. If you see a review before Jan. 2019 then it’s most likely because they aren’t following rules or they keep a dirty place. This is the best move-in experience I’ve had in a long time (I’ve been alive for 51 years), Dannah the property manager is awesome and Tyler in maintenance is on his game, my little place looks brand new and everything works as it should. Their are stray cats but take the initiative to deal with it, better than mountain lions in Minnesota, lol. Community is very quiet and laundry facility is very nice. If you are looking for a great place in Daphne, this is one to check out, you won’t regret it. Btw I’m also OCD. Also, you as a (TENANT) have to control insects yourself as well, it’s Alabama. Home Defense works wonders, try it.
