I have lived in six different apartments and this is by far one of the best management teams that I have come across. Shaelah and Rowan truly care about their residents' experience. As someone new to the area, they made my moving process so much less stressful. In my experience, they are not just about the business, but more centered on resident satisfaction. The amenities are top notch - the pool and gym are always clean and empty most days. The location of The Retreat - proximity to downtown, publix, the hospital, etc. is great, however, I think the management team is what is what sets this place apart. You can trust that your concerns will be heard and addressed - very approachable and helpful team. I can't rave enough about Shaelah and Rowan. If you are new to the area and looking for a spot in Fairhope, you literally cannot go wrong by choosing to live here!!

I've lived here for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. Most of the bad reviews are from the previous staff and ownership of the property before it sold half way through my lease. The new staff is amazing and you can definitely tell they care about the residents. It's a great location! Plus, the pool and gym are very nice and always clean.
