The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and also the master bedroom. All bedrooms also have individual closets. Shared laundry facilities are also on site! Tenant pays all utilities and snow removal. Water/sewer is billed $35/mo in addition to the monthly rent. Lawn care is included. Pets are OK - fees and restrictions apply. No Smoking!
