Room For Rent 15 Minutes from OC - Property Id: 174505 I have a 3 BR home in Whaleyville, and I am looking for a roommate. The house is on a very quiet, farm road, but minutes from Rt. 50 or Rt. 113. Relative proximity to Salisbury to the W (about 25 minute to downtown). I am also in proximity to downtown OC and Assateague Island to the E (15 minutes or less). I have 2 extra bedrooms, and am looking to rent 1 to help pay my mortgage. You would have your own room and bathroom, access to a shared living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and back patio. Looking for $700-800/month total with utilities (will discuss during interview - would prefer flat rate on utilities, with a price break advantage to whoever takes the room).
