Washer/Dryer Hookup & Disposal. Our process if interested in a property: 1. Call office to verify that the property is still available can view between the hours of 830am and 4pm Monday - Thursday and Fridays between the hours of 830am and 3pm. 2. If you qualify with the following: credit score 600 or higher, no prior evictions/criminal record, and income 3 times the rental amount ($3,375) please contact the office. 3. Come to our office and view the property, the next step is to fill out the online application including our pet screening. 4. If you are approved, all approved applicants will go for review with the Homeowner. 5. Once accepted the next step is to pay the security deposit as determined with an email/text that will be sent out to you. You will have access to our online payment portal to complete this process.
