Fully remodeled 1 bed & 1 bath condo in Runaway Bay! The condo is situated next to the greens of hole 13 at RB Golf Club. Great lake views from the front porch. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, central heat & air, fenced back porch. We offer a security deposit replacement option! $300 due at move-in, and $50 per month for the length of your lease, or pay the traditional security deposit of $1000 at move in. Everyone that will be living in the condo over the age of 18 must fill out an application and be on the lease, $30 application fee per adult. No felonies in the last 5 years, no evictions in the last 3 years, verifiable income at least 2.5x the rent. Water, trash, and cable are included in the rent. Dogs and cats allowed on a case by case basis with non refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. We will verify your rental history with your current landlord.
