About 909 SW 28th St #105
SUB LEASE Available either by room or preferably the entire Apartment. Tradition Apartments is one of the Des Moines Metro's latest apartment communities located on the southside of Ankeny. Tradition is conveniently located 7 miles straight north of downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena; and is only minutes from Saylorville Lake and other recreational venues. This apartment is within walking distance of Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). I have 2 other roommates but if you want only one room it's $390 a month, we would prefer you take up all of the lease. We are looking for a sub leaser by April. The lease is up in August. You may renew the lease with Traditions after that. There is also utility cost that adds up to $100 per person if there are three of you. Utilities include internet, tv, water and electric. Pets are allowed at an additional fee. Our deposit of $600 would be yours as well. If interested please call Logan at 1-712-304-7399
