The home has been updated with new hardwood flooring, new paint, new cabinets are being installed, new charming open shelving throughout, a new bathroom, and new light fixtures. The house has an open layout from the living room into the spacious kitchen, which includes a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are good sized with open shelving. There's also a washer/dryer(not maintained) right off the kitchen in the back mudroom that leads out to the backyard. Out back is a nice deck, small yard, and off street parking. Central AC/heat. Pets up to 50lbs allowed with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. 12 month lease minimum. Renters Insurance Required. There is a $50 application fee per adult, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150.
