Lawn maintenance and utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. *Each home on Salters and McFadden has the same layout, with the only differences being flooring and cabinet color.* To view this home, you can bring a photo ID and a $60 cash key deposit to 804 West Evans Street, Florence, to pick up a key Monday-Thursday, 9am-2:00pm, or Friday, 9am-10:30am or other times by appointment. The key must be returned within two hours. Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $60 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Pets are permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply, and all pets must be approved. A PetScreening. com profile must be created before an approved applicant signs a lease, even if you do not have a pet so that tenants are aware of our pet policy.
