There are a few steps to enter, then all living and bedroom areas are on one level. There is an attached 2 car garage, a family room with a fireplace leading to a sunroom porch, a large walkout basement and a huge yard area overlooking hay fields. The home is on a private driveway shared with another property across the lane. You may see an occasional goat or sheep in the distance, as the property is surrounded by farmland. It has electric forced-air heat, electric hot water, and operates on well water with a septic system. An electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave are provided. Washer and dryer are on the premises for tenant use but will not be repaired or replaced by the owner. Tenants pay electric only; other utilities follow local arrangements. Smoking is not allowed. Pets: dogs only (maximum two, $50 per pet; breed restrictions and additional fees apply). Renter’s insurance is required. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and yard mowing/maintenance.
