It's a safe neighborhood with a fenced in backyard Fully furnished clean, non smoking, bug free, 4 bed, 1.5 bath home, with large driveway for off street parking, full kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer & central AC The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, chair. All utilities, Wifi, and some streaming services are included. Access to all common areas, and backyard. A little bit about what I am looking for... Im looking for a "clean", stable, responsible, easy to get along with, drama free, tenant. Someone with common sense, who is neat and tidy, has good hygiene, and cleans up after themselves. I am social, open minded, respectful, down to earth, and value diversity and inclusion, and would like someone who is the same. Rent is $750 a month plus a $500 deposit on move in. Rent is due the 1st of each month. Food and personal items are not included. I would prefer someone who plans on staying a while, but short term is ok. Lease will be on a month to month basis, and a 30 day notice from either party if things change. *Any potential renter must have verifiable income and be able to pass a background check. *No Pets.
