The building is minutes walking distance to downtown Newmarket coffee shops, restaurants, library, Newberry Farms Market, etc. The bus stop provides easy access to UNH is right around the corner or about a 15-minute drive away. Parking: Includes one parking spot in the lot next to the building. Additional parking can be obtained through the town at approximately $35/month at near-by municipal parking (behind the public library). Laundry: Public laundry mat is approximately 0.2 miles or 3 minutes walking distance from the building. Utilities: Each unit is metered and billed directly for propane and electrical. Trash pickup day is Monday. Tenant obtains trash bags through the City. Water and sewer is included. 12-month lease term required, plus a one-month security deposit and first month rent upon approval. Rent is $2,050 per month. Rent may be adjusted upon renewal of any 12-month term. Minimum of 30-day notice is required for any termination of rental agreement. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at the discretion of the landlord upon signing of the lease agreement. Any pet related damage to the unit will be the responsibility of the tenant to repair to the satisfaction of landlord. Any pets causing undo and unaddressed nuisance to adjacent tenants may result in cessation of lease agreement by landlord, at expense of tenant, up to loss of security deposit.
