The unit has two entrances, one of which has a charming metal spiral staircase retained from the original building. The building is within minutes walking distance to downtown Newmarket coffee shops, restaurants, library, Newberry Farms Market, etc. Nestled on the banks of the Lamprey River, and despite being within immediate walking distance to the charming hustle-and-bustle of downtown Newmarket with restaurants, cafes, breweries, markets, outdoor events, shopping and the public library, the location provides a sense of peace and being tucked away from it all. Newmarket was voted one of HGTV’s ‘most charming small towns in America’ and is known for its beautiful landscapes and scenic hiking trails- particularly, the Lamprey River Trail and Rockingham Rail Trail. It is 25 minutes to Portsmouth, 25 minutes to Hampton Beach, 40 minutes to Manchester, 1 hour to Boston, and 1.5 hours to the White Mountains.
