Both available residences were built new and finished with 9'3" ceilings, wood-look luxury vinyl plank flooring, an open-concept living and dining area, abundant natural light, generous closet space, and heating and air conditioning. Downtown Newmarket's historic mill district — restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a neighborhood market and the Lamprey River — is a short walk away, along with the Newmarket Recreation Center. Portsmouth is approximately fifteen minutes away, coastal New Hampshire and southern Maine beaches are an easy drive, and Boston is approximately one hour. A 12-month lease is preferred. No pets- assistance animals are welcome as a reasonable accommodation. Renter's insurance is required throughout the lease term. Private showings are available by appointment.
