The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher; the washer/dryer hook-up is conveniently located upstairs. A washer/dryer set is available for rent for $65/month. For this unit, Hilltop provides lawn care and trash service; tenant is responsible for water service through the City of Eldon and electricity through Ameren Missouri. We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $25/month per animal, with a maximum of two pets. Interested?
