This two-bedroom, one bath condo in Millcreek has just barely been updated with new paint, quality new carpet, and is in mint condition. Excellent location and great neighbors. It comes with dedicated covered parking for one car and quite a few other spots available for a second car if needed. The extra parking spots are rarely fully occupied. Very large walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom. The subfloor is concrete so you really don't hear anything from the neighboring units. Large kitchen with granite countertops, plenty of storage, and a large pantry. There is a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer included if desired. Brand new dishwasher and water heater, along with a brand new high end LG Refrigerator that is not in the pictures. You can apply through Rentler or directly through me. I don't charge an application fee.
