Property Id: 2859037 ROOM FOR RENT!! Not the entire house for $600 a month. Ideal for a traveling nurse, or college student. This is NOT an entire house for rent, this is ONE bedroom in a 3 bedroom house. This is to rent ONE room. SHARED bathroom. Utilities run approx $150-$200 a month on average per tenant. Street parking for ONE vehicle. Two adult males living in the home who work and go to school. Perfect for younger adult just trying to get ahead. Best if you’re a football fan, this is a sports loving house. Very quiet, not a party house. NO pets, NO kids, NO overnight guests. There is a full sized bedframe in the bedroom if you want to use that. There is also a mattress available but it's not very comfortable to be honest.
