Boerum Hill is a super place to live and such a quick commute to midtown Manhattan. The new rental lease should start November 15TH unless you are willing to pay a slightly higher rent for December 1 occupancy. Enjoy this upscale GEM under 600sqft but feels quite spacious and comfortable. Owner will take 1 cat on approval.
