Lawn and snow maintenance is coordinated by the owner and will be billed at an additional rate each month. All applicants age 18+ must apply. $65 application fee per adult. Applications must be fully completed by all applicants and cosigners before processing. Once approved, a one-time $150 holding fee is due for onboarding and lease execution. The lease must be fully executed by all tenants within 48 hours. Applicants must meet income, credit, rental history, and background screening requirements, including income of at least 3x the monthly rent, no evictions or bankruptcies within the last 5 years, and minimum credit standards. A $300 non-refundable pet fee may apply.
