Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a double sink vanity in the master bath. Also upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Spend your leisure summer time relaxing outside on the back patio while the family plays in the open, fenced in back yard. Other amenities include a large storage shed for lawn equipment, 2-car attached garage, 3rd parking space in driveway and central air conditioning. The property is pet friendly (maximum of two pets allowed). $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. Smoking is not allowed. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric & trash. Property has a well and a water softener. Tenant is responsible for sewer ($45 per month flat fee). Property is located within an HOA. Tenant must abide by HOA rules and regulations. *Lease must expire between the months of May-July 2027. $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran.
