The Bay side is less congested than the Gulf Side and your pool, grill, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball courts are just steps away. To make it easy to get to the beach we've provided a sand wagon, 4 beach chairs, cooler and pop-up tent. Your carport is located at the front door of this first-floor condo where you can see the sunrise from your porch. Activities outside of Island Reef Association are numerous. You can drive, ride bikes, rent a golf cart, or take a trolly a few minutes North on Midnight Pass Rd for restaurants, pubs, shopping, small grocery store, ice- cream, boat rentals, parasailing, and fishing tours etc.. Weekly rentals are not available which helps keep the chaos down in the entire complex. Six-person max. Monthly rates are as follows: January $7,000 (booked) February $7,000 (booked) March $7,000 (booked) April $5,000 (booked) May $4,000 (booked) June: $3,500 July: $3,000 August $3,000 September $3,500 October $3,500 November $4,000 December: $5,500 (booked starting 12/15) This is an awesome condo in an ideal location.
