Property Id: 2216749 Our ranch style house is conveniently located in a nice area of Pomona. It has a long drive way through the metal gate drive in the property. It has a large parking space in the backyard. It is near highways 10, 60, 57, and 71; It is close to Western University, Mt. Sac, Cal Poly, Claremont colleges, University of La Verne. It is near the downtown of Pomona city, grocery stores, restaurants, banks and different kinds of stores are in walking distance; The movie theaters, W-mart, Costoco, DMV, Post office are a few minutes drive. The room for rent is a master bedroom in property, the size is much bigger than normal bedroom. It is about 14/18 size with a real wood floor. Three big brand new double glass windows cover almost a whole wall; Then two big closets with mirrors almost cover another wall. The room has new paint as well. Utilities include brand new central airconditioner, wireless Internet service are included in the rent, plus a off street parking spot for one normal size vehicle. The room also come with almost new funiture, if you do not need funiture, we can move them away and leave you spaced. We have shared kitchen, long hallway, dining room, two bathrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. We are asking for a six month lease commitment, after which, you may remain in the room on a month to month tenancy. We are asking $980 a month for rent, the equivalent of one month's rent to be refundable security deposit; base on your income and credit, we may ask the last month's rent as a well. We are looking for a single, nice, and responsible tenant. The room is available to view now All roommates are very nice, hard working, friendly and understandable. They have no crime histories, no heavy drinker, no drugs, no marijuana,and no smoke inside property. They do not have any crimial history, and no one has any mental diease. We are looking for same kind of nice single person to move in.
