Reduced Price! PETS WELCOME Enjoy our beautiful home in south Kona on a 16 acre farm property. The home overlooks the lower half of the property and beyond to a mesmerizing view of the ocean. Notable features of the home include:- Vaulted open beam ceilings throughout. Each bedroom has an accompanying bathroom. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and separate shower. The master bedroom is discretely positioned on the opposite side of the house. A lanai on the western side with rural and ocean views. Powder room. Laundry room. 18,000 gallons of water catchment storage together with ultra violet water treatment. Septic waste water system. This property fronts the Hawaii Belt Road and is 15 road miles south of Captain Cook township. The closest beach is Pebble Beach some two miles north. We are situated directly off the highway and the bus stops for free in front of the property. You will enjoy farm living while being conveniently located 25 minutes from Kona Hospital and Kealakekua center, 45 minutes from Kona main town center. The climate is perfect year-round with temperatures ranging from 60s in the evening to 80s in the daytime. There is sun every day and usually a warm rain in the afternoons. Our home is friendly to tenants with pets, cats and dogs, but make sure that your pet doesn't harass or bully the resident cats. In the evening, there are croqi frogs that we have come to find like calming white noise. Note: There are wild turkeys + chickens, thousands of native birds. There is a colony of cats that live under and around the house, be happy that they are there because you will never see a rat/mouse. We will have an electric feeder outside loaded with cat food set to feed them nightly. Our property manager will be frequenting the property at least 1x/week to fill the feeder and maintain the property. We welcome and prefer animal lovers and pet owners. Must like cats and not be allergic. Note: this is a tropical farm so there are frogs, insects, geckos etc. expected in Hawaii. We prefer a longer rental period of 3 months. Electric will be billed as per tenants usage. Trash is tenants responsibility to bring to the transfer center.
