The basement has a large rec room, the fourth bedroom and the third full bathroom, all situated on the lowest level. There is a storage room on this level, as well as a separate utility closet. The three-car garage offers plenty of parking or additional storage. This house DOES have Air Conditioning and a Gas Fireplace! This is home is located in an HOA. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: Electric, Gas, Water/Sewer and Trash. Small dogs and cats are allowed, 2 maximum. There is no fenced yard, so please keep this in mind.
