Located just outside Murfreesboro and 30 miles from Nashville, Music City USA! Ideal for family vacations, group getaways, or a peaceful retreat. Dogs welcome, up to 3 dogs per stay. No other pets allowed, to include cats. Month-To-Month Available. Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old. Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Minimum credit score of 680 is required Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants. Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length and may change based on the application information provided. Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability. Occupancy tax will apply for any stays 3 months or less in accordance with Tennessee state law.
