DRE License #885099 Application Requirements: 1) All prospective tenants 18 or older must submit their own application. There is a $50 application fee per application. 2) All prospective tenants 18 or older must provide a scan/copy of a valid ID or driver's license. 3) We must verify you make at least 3x the rent in gross monthly income. We require either 3 months of pay stubs or 3 months of bank statements showing direct deposits into your account as income verification.
