The charming three bedroom, two bath home features hard surface flooring throughout and vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room. Kitchen has a large side-by-side refrigerator, smooth-top stove, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and corner sink. Sliding glass door off the dining area leads to the Carolina Room and outdoor back patio. Primary bedroom has a private bathroom with step-in shower. Single car garage has shelving and washer and dryer are included in the home as-is. The home is available to view by appointment only. Home will be available to rent in early January, 2026. Rent: $1,795 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care. Security deposit: $1,795. Renters insurance required. Property is non-smoking. Pets: Two pets maximum, cats or dogs, each weighing less than 25 lbs, breed restrictions apply. Pet Fee: $300.00 Non-refundable pet fee is required for each pet. Southern Coast Management Offices hours: Monday - Friday 9 am to noon and 1 to 5 pm. Keys can be obtained by appointment to view the property until 3 pm.
