We love GrandView! We moved from the east coast over a year ago and Michael made the cross-country transition to our new home as easy as possible. The maintenance team is always quick to respond, the dog park is a great for both dogs and people to make some friends, and we love the gym, pool, and hot tub (especially during winter). The amenities are great and the location is perfect. We’re close to Boulder and downtown Louisville, and we love having nearby bike trail access. Having bike storage is a huge plus too!!

My husband & I are both night shift nurses and cannot say enough great things about this place. It’s probably the most soundproof apt building we’ve lived in, which is super important when we had to sleep during the day before work. The manager, Michael is very attentive and keeps the place running on point. The maintenance staff were very helpful, friendly, and cool guys. The best part was the layout of the apt. The bedrooms were completely separate from the living room/kitchen area, adding a feeling of privacy. Also, the 2 balconies were huge, which our cats loved lounging on!
