Looking for someone to replace a previous housemate. Preferably female student in your early 20s. It's $950 a month, $20 each for internet, plus half of the hydro bill (this usually is never over $15 a month each). All other utilities are included in the rent. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared kitchen space which includes a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Also shared is the dining area, front entrance, laundry room, living room area, and outside attached deck. This apartment is very spacious and cozy (fireplace is super awesome), not to mention it has a great location. The apartment building is family friendly so this place would not be ideal for loud parties but everybody in the building is very friendly. You also get access to enjoy the buildings roof and its beautiful view of Vancouver (some restrictions apply). The building is just a 15 minute walk to Granville Island, and only a 3 block walk to Cambie St. where there is a whole foods, save on, home depot, and cute little shops. It is also extremely close to bus stops 84, 50, 9, 99, as well as the broadway city hall sky train station.
