The kitchen is a good size wrap around with gas stove. The dining and living space have a larger open plan and a balcony overlooking the city. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms of equal size, each with its own bathroom. Looking for someone to fill a lease for 10 months with option to renew for longer. I am deploying and no longer in need of my room. The apartment has been AMAZING! By far, best bang for your buck downtown. Large rooms and living space for an affordable price. Tandem parking in below garage. Roommate is a 40 year old businessman with great taste and very like able personality. Clean and easy going. Very sad to be leaving this unit, anyone who signs on will be getting a gem of a place for downtown living.
