Very safe neighborhood with law enforcement neighbors. Rent is $1000/month with 1st, last and security ($3000 total) required along with 1 year lease agreement. You are responsible for all utilities. You are welcome to view the home and we can meet for preliminary Q&A, or can be done over the phone. Current monthly income must be verified and credit and background checks apply.
