Our leasing process is entirely online. 8514 W 9th is a recently remodeled home that features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attached two-car garage and a fenced backyard, located near Tyler and Central. Near Kensler Elementary, Wilbur Middle and Northwest High Schools. Rent is $1,650 per month with a $1,600 security deposit. The security deposit is due at lease signing and the rent is due at move-in. One year minimum lease. The minimum monthly gross household income requirement for this property, which is three times the monthly rent, is $4,950. Newer luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops, newer stainless steel appliances, including a stove, fridge and dishwasher. A separate laundry area with washer and dryer hookups is available. The fenced backyard has a concrete patio area and a storage shed. Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300. For safety and insurance reasons, the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Canary Dogs, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Huskies, Saint Bernards, Bull Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids or any mixes of these breeds. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, trash service & lawn care. No smoking is allowed. No pets allowed.
