About 845 Webster St
We're renting out the master bedroom in our house to someone who would like to live close to downtown Palo Alto. We're a 5 minute walk away from University Avenue, and a 10 minute walk from the Caltrain so commuting is super easy. All of the major restaurants are 5-10 minutes of walking distance. No lease or commitment required, you pay month to month. About the roommates: we're 2 males and 1 female, seeking a 4th male or female roommate. We are clean, friendly, and work reasonable hours in a 4 BR house. We all recently graduated from college and two of us are working on a funded startup--we currently work out of the house, but we'll be getting an office soon. We don't make noise at night. None of us smoke, although we sometimes go out on the weekends. The bathroom on the first floor is shared for using the shower between the roommates, and it's not attached to the master bedroom. We do not require you to sign a lease, we only ask that you find a replacement when you want to leave.
