Property Id: 1174054 Our beautiful home is located on Anderson Lake and two blocks away from a major highway (Highway 169) with convenient access to Sam's Club, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, Aldi, Trader Joe's, and many more and only 10 minutes away from the airport. This is a very safe neighborhood, and our home is in a cul-de-sac with a wooded backyard. There has never been a single crime in the last 50 years ago. A Google search for crime rate around this neighborhood will show 100% safe! We are looking for someone or a family to lease our home and take care of the entire home as if it were their own and pay all utilities. All major appliances are relatively new, so there should be no problem at all. All our furniture will stay as is. Our home has been completely updated in the last few years, so it looks quite modern even though the property was built around 1980. Please call or text us for more information.
