I lived at the Camden for over two years and it was a good experience. It was sad to move out but it was overdue. Pros: Maintenance is top notch, like they are ON TOP of it Staff is friendly (shoutout to Drew for taking great care of me) Awesome location, 12 mins to downtown, 12 mins to RTP Pool is one of the nicer pools I’ve seen for an apartment complex. Quiet neighbors Solid floor plan Cons: Corporate Camden doesn’t give renewal discounts, your rate will always go up. It would be cheaper to end your lease and sign at a new unit. Tv/internet is a mandatory add on for rent price Overall, awesome experience at the Camden, staff is on your side and will do whatever possible to help you, they are super responsive. Huge plus is that they don’t nickel and dime you at move out like most of these complexes.

I’ve been a resident just 4 short months, but familiar with apartment living for years. Never have I been better treated than by the staff here at Camden Asbury Village! From my first tour to this week I’ve been treated with a kindness that’s rare. I had a few maintenence issues while staying here my first month and Nathaniel immediately came to repair a plumbing issue and then help to install rods and hang curtains for me-free of charge. Nathaniel was first polite, wiped His feet before entering and asked exactly what I needed . He was quick, and thorough. His bright personality and easy going attitude is wonderful to be around. Whenever I see him on the grounds He makes a point to say hello and see how I am and if He can do anything for me. Unbelievably helpful and timely- always. Priceless!
