Securing an apartment in this complex was fairly easy and a quick process. Thanks to a readily available unit that we liked, the leasing process was reasonable. Shari in the leasing office was able to answer all of our questions and was courteous and communicative. Once all paperwork was complete, we were able to set a move in date which Eagle Rock stuck to. The location is great and everyone we’ve met has been friendly so far. We haven’t had a problem finding parking, complex ground maintenance has been noticed, laundry room usually has open laundry units, and everyone we’ve met has been friendly. The walls/ceiling (we are a lower unit) are a little thin (can occasionally hear loud talking, tv, or walking from neighbors) but this is somewhat expected in a complex. Overall, this has been a great place to move to and a great first apartment or downsize opportunity.
