Serious students or workers fit in best. One resident is male live-in self-employed landlord. Others are male grad student, and female working full time. Sunroom-bedroom is for one adult only, no couples or kids. No indoor smoking, and pet must be free of fleas (currently there's one small dog). Requires signed lease and $100 security/cleaning deposit, refundable when ending lease if room in same condition. Landlord may do criminal background check unless applicant already cleared to attend UF -- or has steady income, good references. Sunroom-bedroom has central air conditioning, window blinds, is fully insulated with full-size bed, desk, loveseat, chair, dresser, lights, closet, art on walls -- ready to move in! Other common areas include shared kitchen, living-dining areas, washer-dryer, screened porch, privacy fenced yard, front porch & sunny patio area. Free easy parking and biking, near bus lines (free to students and college staff). House shares refrigerator and has extra mini-freezer, small appliances if needed in pvt rooms. *Room currently has a TV cable and ethernet cable, but you may need to bring own TV set.
