For rent is one unfurnished private bedroom with a shared bathroom in a renovated single-story 3-bed 2-bath home for individuals only. Our long-term tenants of 3 and 4 years both moved out of state. Currently there is 1 occupant, the homeowner/myself. Lease is initially 3-month term then month-to-month. This house is best suited for a working professional who takes pride in keeping their living space neat and appreciates a quiet space at all hours of the day. This is strictly enforced but shouldn't be a concern for the right applicant and hasn't been an issue for previous tenants which have lived here for 3 and 4 years each. "Golden silence" is observed between 10:30PM - 6:00AM (uncommon work schedules won't work here, e.g. 4AM starting shifts, 12AM ending shifts, etc.) Applicants must have a minimum 1-year history with current employer. Shorter time frames may be considered. - Private bedroom (approximately 10' x 12' + closet space = 140 total sq ft) - Shared bathroom (will be shared with one other roommate) - Utilities are separate and include: 1GB internet, water, gas, electricity, sewage and are approximately $100-120 per month person - Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and due upon move-in - Driveway parking - Central AC/Heat - Full kitchen access (digital meat smoker, propane gas grill, air fryer, Instapot, espresso/cappuccino machine, 2 full size stainless steel refrigerators) - No pets (allergy reasons), smoking, couples, or storage; guests are allowed within reason If interested please email me a summary about yourself, details on income and occupation, why you are moving, and anything else that will help me get to know you better or you can text me at the provided number to setup a time to chat.
