Our apartments feature in-home washer and dryer in select apartments and walk-in closets and unique courtyard entries. Verndale is Lansing's foremost apartment value. Close to shopping, entertainment and the arts. Community Features: *24/7 Emergency Maintenance *Gas Grills on site *Doggy Stations throughout community *Discounts on the DTN Perks app! We are pet friendly! All cats and most dogs accepted. We do have weight and breed restrictions. Contact us for more information! One time nonrefundable fee of $350 and $35 per month. Limit 2 pets per apartment. Does not include tank or caged animals. Trash removal is included in the rent. We offer 6 through 14 month leases. Price listed is based on a 14 month lease. $50 application fee per lease holder. Must pass a credit and background check. Must make 3X the rental amount. Deposit is determined by the credit check.
