About 827 Greenridge St
This is a downstairs furnished apartment with private washer & drier, in a cozy quiet neighborhood, nestled on a dead end street, 10 minute walk from the beach and 1 mile from Oswald State Park with incredible hikes, surfing, and beaches. The apartment has a large closed-in porch. It is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Pets are allowed. Closed in yard for a dog. I live in the upstairs apartment and am looking for someone who does not smoke and does not drink heavily or use drugs. Mostly I am looking for a person or two who care about people and the environment and contributes to life by being kind to others and are committed to finding ways to make our world a little better place every day. It is available March 1 2025 for minimum of a one-year lease. Longer term tenants welcome. $2,150 all monthly includes utilities. I look forward to meeting you.
