Located on beautiful Monona Bay with gorgeous view of capital. House is fully furnished including linens, towels, and kitchen ware. Utilities are included in rent. Move in and out dates are flexible roughly between October 1st and May 1st. Also easy access to John Nolan Drive and beltline. The home has been well maintained with beautiful woodwork and flooring, and kitchen and baths have been recently updated. This summer we are rebuilding and expanding the two car garage which will allow tenant one inside car space and room for bikes and such. Primary bedroom has adjustable king-size bed with vibrating sleep enhancement. Second bedroom has queen size bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. Tenant is responsible for clearing sidewalk and driveway snow.
